Not every failed workflow should wake you up.
A free prompt for anyone running n8n in production: list your workflows (what each does, who depends on it, how often it runs) and it sorts each one into page now, Slack during working hours, or a daily digest. It quotes the phrase from your list behind every call, asks who depends on a workflow when you didn't say, and asks you for any threshold instead of inventing one. Written to match my prompt packs.
For the alerting itself, my n8n Error Alerts & Retry Kit gives you a global error handler with dedupe and an hourly cap, plus a retry-with-backoff sub-workflow. $29.99 in my Contra products.

The rule that it quotes the phrase from your list behind every page-now call is a smart guard against invented severity. When a workflow's dependents change later, how would you keep those severity calls from going stale?

Built an AI-powered lead qualification automation using n8n. The system receives incoming leads, validates their information, analyzes customer needs, assigns a lead score from 0 to 100, creates or updates CRM contacts, and sends Telegram notifications. It also handles duplicate contacts and processing errors.
This is a solid, practical build. The flow makes sense: validate → analyze → score → CRM → notify. What I like most is the duplicate handling and error processing — those are usually the first things people skip, and they're exactly what makes a lead system actually usable day...
AI Email Sorter & Reply Drafter (n8n + Gemini)
Problem: Business owners lose leads and payment emails inside a crowded inbox, and replying late costs them clients.
What I did: I built an n8n automation that reads every new Gmail message, uses Google Gemini AI to sort it into the right category, and then:
labels it in Gmail
sends an instant Discord alert for urgent emails (security, payments, new client inquiries)
saves job, payment and lead details to Google Sheets
writes a reply draft for me to approve
Replies are never sent automatically. Every draft waits for a human check, so you stay in control.
Tools: n8n, Gmail, Google Gemini AI, Google Sheets, Discord.
Outcome: A working demo, tested with sample emails sent from a second Gmail account, as shown in the video.
