People often say, “You just need more motivation.”
I used to believe that too.
But the days that changed the most for me weren't the days I felt highly motivated. They were the ordinary days—the ones where I showed up, did the work, and kept going even when I didn't feel like it.
Motivation is great when it's there, but it comes and goes.
What really makes a difference is having a simple system, a routine, or a commitment to keep moving forward.
In my experience, consistency has been far more reliable than motivation.
This crossed my mind while I was designing this website:
A lot of business coaches know exactly what they want to say.
More revenue.
More clients.
Better systems.
More freedom.
But sometimes, the website says all of those things at once and the person visiting it still thinks:
“Okay, but how can this person actually help me?”
That was the question behind this concept.
Instead of making the website feel like another motivational business page, I wanted it to feel more like a serious conversation with a coach who understands where the business is and where it needs to go.
Clear positioning.
Strong visual direction.
Room for the coach's personality.
And a simple path from “I'm interested” to “Let's talk.”
Because whether you're selling coaching, consulting, products or a service, people still want to know one thing:
“Can you help me with my problem?”
That question should influence the website more than any fancy animation ever will.
My career as a video editor has never been a straight line.
No constant winning year after year. Even being ranked among the top 10 performance marketers and editors in Brazil, I still deal with unpredictable high and low cycles in the market. 🇧🇷
I started out in this industry with cracked software on a lagging PC that crashed on almost every heavy export. I’ve worked long hours for pocket change, barely covering rent...
Now, stepping into the international market has brought a completely new learning curve. But pushing through the uncertainty pays off: in just a few days, I managed to secure 3 incredible global clients.
To anyone expecting a smooth path in year one, think twice. Modern tech lets us scale faster, but without solid fundamentals in business and storytelling, you’re just guessing and your clients that pay the price.
Take your time. A high follower count doesn't pay the bills unless you know how to build real leverage and deliver hard results.
If I could give one piece of advice, it’s this: stay patient, overdeliver, and never rely on AI to do the core thinking for you.
