In addition, I serve as Customer Care Supervisor, ensuring patient inquiries and feedback are handled promptly and professionally, enhancing client satisfaction. I also create and produce the clinic’s podcast, developing engaging content that educates and connects with the audience, while strengthening brand authority in aesthetic and laser treatments.
