I'd route unanswered Sheets lookups to a person and pause automated replies for that conversation. How do you stop the agent and a human from answering the same WhatsApp message?
I’d use a conversation-level human takeover flag. If the Sheets lookup has no answer, set the status to “HUMAN” and pause the AI workflow. The agent checks this status before replying, so AI and human won’t respond to the same conversation.
