Shelfr - AI-Powered Retail Shelf Intelligence Platform
I led the development of Shelfr as the Senior Computer Vision Engineer and Lead Developer, taking the platform from the initial idea and system architecture through development, deployment, and production operations.
My work included:
š¹ Designing the complete computer vision and backend architecture
š¹ Building product detection, shelf analysis, OCR, and image-processing pipelines
š¹ Developing APIs and scalable data-processing workflows
š¹ Deploying and managing production systems on GCP cloud servers
š¹ Optimizing model accuracy, processing speed, and infrastructure performance
š¹ Managing production monitoring, reliability, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements
š¹ Leading technical decisions across AI, backend, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps
The platform converts real-world retail shelf images into structured product and shelf-level insights, helping automate retail auditing, product visibility analysis, and inventory workflows.

RouteMind is a multi-tenant fleet management SaaS with live GPS tracking and an AI voice agent for operators. I built the full stack and the AI layer end to end.
The hardest part was the data architecture. Structured records like fleet profiles, driver data, and route history sit in MySQL. The high-frequency GPS event stream, which would choke a relational setup, runs through MongoDB instead. Vehicle positions render on a live map with latency low enough that movement feels real-time. That split is what kept the dashboard fast while thousands of GPS events landed every minute.
The AI layer is a voice agent built on a RAG pipeline and the OpenAI API. Operators call in, and the agent retrieves from a vector database of indexed fleet policies and route procedures before answering, never generic output. Questions outside its scope trigger a clean handoff to a human.
The platform is fully multi-tenant with strict data isolation between businesses. Roles and permissions are set from the dashboard, so onboarding a new operator needs no code change.
What the client gets: live fleet visibility, an AI agent that answers policy questions without tying up staff, and an architecture that holds up as the fleet grows.

Inventory & Order Management Dashboard ā Built on Lovable
A fully custom 3-way supply chain and order management platform built for a B2B trading business operating across the Gulf market.
The system manages the entire order lifecycle ā from procurement request to supplier dispatch, Mumbai warehouse receipt, and final export to Dubai ā with real-time status tracking at every stage. Three separate role-based dashboards were built for Admin, Supplier, and the Dubai operations team, each seeing only what is relevant to their role. Supplier names are completely hidden from the buyer-side view by design.
Key features include batch-wise and invoice-level partial dispatch tracking, an Export Consignment Manager that groups shipments under unique consignment tokens for documentation, an AI photo dispatch feature that scans delivery notes and auto-updates order status, and a live Product-wise Summary showing Total Ordered, In Mumbai Warehouse, En Route to Dubai, and Shipped percentage per SKU.
A Debtors module sits alongside the order system, giving the Dubai team visibility into outstanding balances with live action items, owner assignment, and follow-up tracking ā all in one platform.
Tech: Lovable, Supabase, React, role-based access control
Result: Replaced a manual WhatsApp + spreadsheet operation with a single system the entire team uses daily across two countries.
This is a great example of solving an operational problem, not just building software. The role-based views and end-to-end visibility are what make adoption much more likely across different teams.
From red and blue traces on a screen to a fully fabricated PCB - the hardware design process is always exciting. But the greatest reward is seeing the final product in action. Hearing scientists use my boards alongside their high-grade lab equipment makes all the hard work completely worthwhile.
