Imagine spending money to bring customers to your store, only for them to leave and never come back.

That’s the problem I wanted to solve with this project.

I built VERAÉ, a premium hair-care store, with a custom Shopify storefront, interactive product discovery, and Klaviyo email flows designed to keep the conversation going long after a visitor leaves. I also connected the experience with Make and Google Sheets to demonstrate how the right systems can work together.

This is more than a good-looking store. It’s a look at how I approach e-commerce: making shopping easier, following up with customers, and creating more reasons for them to buy again.
