These are some snapshots from my first Airtable build, a custom streamlined inventory management system for an herbal apothecary including a user-friendly interface for team updates, a backend recipe/batch table to automate product quantity adjustments, and a Make automation that syncs all changes directly to Shopify (which also updates the Clover POS inventory). The automation includes error-handling to catch and flag mismatched product or variant IDs, keeping inventory accurate and preventing discrepancies. This setup has simplified daily operations, reduced manual work, and keeps shop inventory running smoothly.
