2️⃣ Portfolio that sells. Your work speaks louder than your pitch. Build a portfolio site that converts 30%+ of visitors.
3️⃣ Recurring revenue. Fixed-rate projects are feast/famine. SaaS, retainers, or productized services = stability.
4️⃣ Referrals > Pitching. 70% of my clients came from previous clients. One amazing project builds a pipeline.
