Formfit Studio is a private personal training studio in Uyo, Nigeria, run by a small team of trainers offering personalized fitness coaching, strength training, and semi-private sessions.
The problem I wanted to solve was the amount of manual work involved in turning a simple customer inquiry into a confirmed appointment. Trainers were handling availability questions, scheduling, payments, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling, and lead follow-ups themselves, primarily through messaging.
I built the Formfit website as a complete booking experience designed around reducing that workload. Customers can find the right trainer and service, see the next available time slots, book and pay, complete their intake, and manage their appointment without needing to create an account or contact the trainer for every change.
On the business side, trainers get a centralized dashboard for appointments and leads, while confirmations, reminders, intake request, and follow-ups are handled through automated workflows.
The goal was not simply to create a fitness website, but to create a system that lets the trainers spend less time and effort managing appointments and more time and effort working with their clients.
Big thanks to lovable for making all of this possible.

Multiple trainers + semi-private sessions makes the scheduling logic much more interesting here. A slot isn't just available/unavailable anymore, it depends on trainer capacity and potentially how many people are already booked into that session. Did you build that capacity logic into the booking flow?

Yes, I did. Semi-private sessions have a defined capacity, so availability is based on the number of spots remaining rather than simply being marked available/unavailable. The booking flow updates that capacity as people book, while 1-on-1 sessions remain tied directly to the trainer’s availability.

It looks good and I like how simple the UI looks
