My website has been a "work in progress" for over 10 years. To be more truthful, I've started & given up designing it countless times. Client projects have always come naturally to me, but I've always found designing for myself to be the most difficult task.

So when Anthropic launched Claude Design a few days ago, I decided to play around to see what it could do. A short conversation & 20 minutes later, it delivered 3 high-fidelity mockups of my dream portfolio website.

It didn't take long to use up all my credits, but by that point, I was able to refine it to the prototype you see here.

It's not perfect, and there's a lot of things I need to fix before it's ready to go live. To start, all the text you see here is placeholder generated by Claude, so I'll need to fill all that in with real copy (written by me, a real human). But I now have a solid foundation to build from when I start developing it in Webflow next week. This is the closest my website has ever been to being fully updated & live, and I'm realllllly excited about it.
