shouldn't feel complicated.
Your website doesn't need to say everything.
It needs to say the right things clearly.

Sometimes, a character doesn't need words to tell a story.
This illustration explores a range of emotions through one character, from happiness and sadness to anger, surprise, calmness, and worry.
I started with simple black-and-white line work, focusing on facial expressions, body language, and character consistency. Each panel was designed to communicate a different feeling while keeping the character recognizable throughout.
For me, children’s illustration is about more than making a character look beautiful. It’s about creating characters that feel alive, relatable, and expressive.
I’m currently exploring more ways to bring emotions and storytelling into my character designs.
