Developed an interactive Customer Analysis Dashboard in Power BI to explore customer purchasing behaviour and understand how different customer segments contribute to business performance.
The dashboard analyses which age groups place the most orders, where these customers are located, and how customer gender relates to discounts received and profit generated. Interactive filters allow users to explore customer data and identify patterns that can support better customer-focused business decisions.
Tools Used: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel.
