We're Advancing Data Solutions, a small AI, data and web engineering consultancy working with clients worldwide. Our booking page was a plain calendar link. It got a call on the calendar and that was about it. Everything else was still manual: emailing back and forth about scope and budget, sending NDAs, replying to LinkedIn messages one by one, and hoping people actually showed up.
So we rebuilt it in Lovable as a proper booking portal.
For clients:
They describe their project once, and bigger projects automatically get a 60-minute call instead of 30
They only see times that are actually free on our Google Calendar, shown in their own time zone
They verify their email with a code, get a Google Meet link, and sign our NDA before the call
They can reschedule or cancel from their own link, and saying "Yes" in Google Calendar confirms attendance
For us:
A dashboard showing every booking with its brief, verification, NDA and attendance status
A mini CRM for leads: every inquiry is tracked from first message to booked, with automatic follow-ups for people who didn't finish booking
An Inquiry assistant: we paste a LinkedIn or email message, it pulls out the details, saves the lead and drafts a reply with a booking link that's already filled in
Reminders go out on their own, and if someone hasn't confirmed by the day before, we get an alert so we can follow up personally
An Outbox that logs every email sent
Settings where we control our working hours, time zone, calls per day, the gap between calls, minimum notice and blocked email domains, without touching any code
It's not a demo. The portal runs on our own custom domain, connected to the Book button on our real website. It uses our real Google Calendar, sends every email from our own domain, and blocks fake bookings with email verification. We built it before our first clients arrive, so the process is right from day one.
A quick note for everyone, including the judges, on our entry (Advancing Data Solutions booking portal):
The portal is built entirely in Lovable and is live on our own custom domain. If you open the Lovable address, advancingdatasolutions.lovable.app , it won't stay on that...
Public remixing is on for the Lovable project, but Lovable blocks other accounts from opening it because the app uses private Google Calendar and email connections for live bookings. So I've shared...
