Project Title: CapCut Lost Story Agency
Direction: CapCut as a Persona
Project Description
CapCut Lost Story Agency is a fictional café where people gather not only to enjoy coffee but also to share the stories that shaped their lives.
In this world, memories are treated as valuable treasures. Every customer who walks through the café doors brings a story — a childhood memory, a forgotten dream, a life lesson, or a moment that deserves to be remembered. The agency listens, preserves, and transforms these stories into cinematic experiences so they can be passed on to future generations.
The project reimagines CapCut as a friendly storytelling companion whose mission is to protect human memories from being forgotten. Rather than simply editing videos, CapCut becomes a guardian of stories.
I created the visual concepts, story world, character design, and video assets using CapCut Design Studio, then edited and assembled the final video in CapCut.
As a creator, I am passionate about storytelling. This project is also inspired by my upcoming AI-powered storytelling channel, where I plan to share historical stories, legends, and folktales through cinematic video experiences.
Through CapCut Lost Story Agency, I wanted to explore how technology can help preserve human stories and connect generations through creativity and visual storytelling.

KAI is animemaxxing digital human built entirely around CapCut's brand DNA. It's designed to live on socials delivering new CapCut feature drops, cool template releases, creator roasts, trend intel, and more.
I started with CapCut brand audit, then built the character brief inside Design Studio, went through multiple character and style iterations, and landed on a brand persona with visual identity and character attributes ready to be presented as a real creative brand / marketing direction.

My CapCut DesignStudio Challenge Submission.
My chosen category (after some thought) is the CapCut as a Different Industry. My take is an interpretable one of a very recent past alternate timeline, in some how rapidly developed now, or a very soon future timeline of CapCut being a company that allows you to change what you are wearing and your surroundings in real time after a little R&D. The category though is a Different Industry because the focus is on the actual product which is user being able to tap their phone to generate something entire new and real than what CapCut does currently.
Tis is really what the people would want now and felt this was a natural extension for the CapCut brand and parent company with their recent product focuses.
