The brokerage tracked renewals across several offices. The policy data was unreliable, and urgent renewals looked like every other row. Outreach left no record, and when something broke, it broke quietly.
We built them a renewal and upsell workflow in n8n. It checks every policy before anything runs and ranks renewals by urgency. GPT-4o-mini drafts the outreach, with retries and a fallback if a call fails. Every send is logged, and if something fails, someone gets an alert.

Lapse rate went from 11.4% to 4.1%
