Most businesses lose 30-40% of their leads
simply because nobody picked up the phone.
After hours. On weekends. During meetings.
Calls go unanswered. Leads go cold.
An AI Voice Receptionist fixes this permanently.
Here's what it does:
→ Answers every call in your language
→ Qualifies the lead in real time
→ Books the appointment directly in your calendar
→ Sends you a full summary by email
→ Runs 24/7 with zero salary
I've deployed this for businesses in Morocco,
and the results are immediate —
no more missed leads, no more manual follow-ups.
The setup takes less than a week.
The ROI shows up in week one.
If your business runs on phone calls and appointments —
this is the most impactful thing you can automate right now.
Message me if you want to see how it works for your business.

Every follow-up I track starts with one habit: write the next step before the call ends.
A realtor I support juggles listings, showings, and buyers at the same time. If the next step lives only in someone's head, it slips. So after every call I note three things: who needs what, by when, and who is waiting on it.
That one note is what turns a busy week into a calm one. Nothing gets chased twice, nothing gets forgotten, and the realtor walks into each day knowing exactly what is due.
Small habit. Big difference. What is the one note you never skip after a client call?
Re-measure what you publish
Two numbers I had to correct on my own site:
The AI receptionist's lead decision was published as 2.8 s, from a one-day benchmark. On 281 real leads the median is 3.0 s and the p95 is 12 s (one model misses its deadline and the next one answers).
The site claimed 137 leads scored. Most were owner test leads and development runs. The real number was 6.
Now every public number comes from the running system, and test rows are tagged and excluded rather than deleted. Live status: status.adaptivesystems.dev
If a vendor shows you AI metrics, ask where they were measured.
