I built Book2Bill, a smart appointment booking and automatic invoicing platform for FixPro Home Services, a fictional home-service business in Islamabad.

The problem I wanted to solve was the manual work involved in handling customer inquiries. Customers previously had to call or message the business to ask about availability, while the owner had to manually check schedules, confirm appointments, create invoices, and follow up with customers.

Book2Bill turns this entire process into a simple digital workflow. Customers can choose a service, view available time slots, enter their details, and confirm an appointment without back-and-forth communication. Once a booking is confirmed, the system automatically creates an invoice and updates the owner's dashboard.

The owner can manage appointments, availability, customers, services, invoices, rescheduling, cancellations, and payment status from one dashboard.

The goal is simple: turn a customer inquiry into a confirmed appointment and ready-to-manage invoice while significantly reducing the owner's manual administrative work.
