I built something for my mom.

We talk every day. But we've never made anything together. Not once.

So I built KINSHIP — a place where two people across any generation gap build a private visual language that only they share.

No typing. No reacting. Just drawing.

You arrive. Type your name. That's the door. A prompt surfaces — "the kitchen table" — and you both draw blind. Neither sees the other's version until both submit.

Then the screen goes dark. Both drawings develop slowly, like photographs in a darkroom. Hers. Mine. Same word. Different worlds.

Over time the archive grows. Every word you've ever drawn together. Your private dialect. Nobody else has this. Nobody else ever could.

We have six words now. And I know her better than years of conversation ever showed me. MAMA LOVED IT. TRY IT : HERE

This isn't a design tool. It's a correspondence. A private language. Proof that you finally understand each other. It works for parents and kids, mentors and students, grandparents and grandchildren — any two people across a generation gap.

Built in @Figma Make with React, Supabase, and an old notebook aesthetic (cream paper, ink strokes, hand-drawn feel).

Growing up in a busy city, I always wanted a garden of my own. There was never room. Not in the apartment, not on the balcony, not in the schedule. The closest I got was watching plants in other people's windows and walking past parks on the way to somewhere else.

The world is losing real gardens too. Trees are quietly disappearing from the places we grew up, and most of us don't notice until one we remember is gone. I wanted to make something small that pointed at that — gently, without lecturing.

So I built World of gardens. A tiny pixel-art world where strangers each grow one hexagonal plot. You pick grass or water, decorate it with plants and flowers and trees, and snap your hex next to the tiles other people made before you. You can wander, peek into other plots, leave a small note.

Nobody owns the whole. Nobody plans the whole. It ends up uneven, mismatched, full of small decisions only one gardener would've made — which is what a real garden looks like when many hands have touched it.

I made this for the kid version of me who wanted a garden and never got one. And for everyone else who's quietly losing the trees outside their window. It won't bring any of them back. But it's a small place on the internet where a tree is a thing you plant on purpose, and someone else will see it.

The whole project was build on figma and fima-make starting with the planning feature laying out every aspect then detailing out all the creatives and finally polishing them. All the different agents available really helped me a lot in designing, ideating and implementing like Opus for critical thinking, Gemini 3.1 fro deep creatives and image generation. Figma make gives us the designers the super power to build anything, imagination is just the limit. I have also used Supabase as the database for all the gardens.
