The Test: Is any single video lesson longer than 10 minutes?
The Fix: Break it down. Long videos cause drop-offs. Keep lessons bite-sized and hyper-focused on one sub-topic.

The Test: Are you teaching theory just for the sake of it?
The Fix: Every lesson must end with a clear action item. If students can't immediately apply what they just watched, cut the lesson or turn it into a quick cheat sheet.
