🚀 New website launch: WMK Cleaning Solutions, Canberra
I’m happy to share a new website I just designed for WMK Cleaning Solutions, a family-owned cleaning business serving Canberra and the ACT. 🌿
The goal was simple: make it quick and easy for customers to find the right service and ask for a quote.
What’s on the site:
✅ A clean, modern design that feels professional and trustworthy
✅ Clear service pages: residential, end-of-lease, carpet steam, commercial, windows, and tile & grout cleaning
✅ Simple “Get a Quote” buttons on every key section
✅ Client reviews, FAQs, and easy contact details
✅ Fully mobile-friendly, so it works on any device
A good website does more than look nice. It builds trust and helps customers get in touch. 💬

Thank you to the WMK team for trusting me with this project. 🙌
Need a website for your business? Send me a message. I’d love to help.

breaking out end-of-lease and tile & grout into their own pages makes it really easy to find the right service. how did you end up working with wmk, through people you know or your own outreach?
Thanks! Really appreciate the feedback. I actually got connected with WMK through my friends’ network. It started through a referral, and from there I got the opportunity to work with them on their website and brand presence. It’s been a great project to work on.

In 2020, I watched businesses close.
Not because their products were bad.
Because they had no way to reach their customers.
The lockdown shut the doors. But customers were still looking, and they were online.
Customers were online. Businesses were offline.
So I started building simple websites for friends and local businesses. The goal was simple: help them stay visible and keep selling.
One referral became ten. Ten became a full-time agency.
Today that's 150+ projects, and the lesson hasn't changed: a business that can be found online has a way to keep going when everything else stops.
If your business disappeared from Google tomorrow, how would customers find you?

"one referral became ten" is such a good way to grow an agency, starting with friends and local businesses makes a lot of sense. is cterling still mostly referrals now, or do you go out and find clients too?
