When we launched our redesigned website on Make, we faced a big problem: it couldn't be indexed—a critical business issue. I joined the Makeathon to fix it and transform our one-page site into a ful platform.
My initial attempts with complex AI prompts failed. So I gave it a screenshot of our SEO score, and asked it to find and fix the problem. Results were immediate: our score jumped to near-perfect
But, the fix broke the UI. Exhausting all technical options, I tried something unconventional: I talked to Make as a teammate, reminded it of our design system, and cheered it on. Incredibly, it worked, restoring the UI while keeping stellar performance and SEO.
This project shows how a human-centric approach to AI can solve critical business problems and build a high-performance platform(eng/spa + ai chat)
