Not just a system for clients, we use it on ourselves too.
This is my own board inside the tracker.
Every platform I work on gets its own column, so nothing from one platform gets buried under another.
Each task lives as its own card: what it is, its current status, and where it stands.
Status labels (Working, Completed, In Progress) show at a glance what's done and what still needs attention.
I can add a card the moment a new task comes up, no separate to do list, no sticky notes.
If it's good enough to run our own work on, it's good enough to run yours.

Client Order Tracker (B2B)
Built an order management tracker for a wholesale/B2B business — tracks shop name, parts ordered, quantity, and pricing, with dropdown-driven delivery and payment status tracking, full color-coding for at-a-glance status checks, and a SUMIF formula that automatically calculates total outstanding (unpaid) amounts."
