Realised I'm very sensitive to light. While researching better lighting for the home office I came across the "Sunday Light" which promises to a boost your mood with natural light. A small but powerful LED is suspended under a reflective panel that diffuses light in a similar way to the Earth's atmosphere, dispersing it across a room. This clever design costs $$$ though... what do people do to improving work lighting while on a budget? Looking for best practice tips and tricks!

@Dan Lee I try to stay away from overhead lighting as well and try to have some natural light come in my my window in the mornings. Usually though, I always have a couple small lamps turned on since I prefer ambient light. Especially at night time!
