Salifort Motor: Capstone Project for the Google Advanced Data Analytics Certificate Predicting Employee Attrition: This project aimed to build and compare multiple classification models to predict employee attrition using a structured dataset from a fictional company named "Salifort Motor". The models developed included:
Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, Principal Component Analysis
K-means Clustering: Models were fine-tuned and combined into a voting ensemble. The best model reached 96% accuracy, 96% precision, and an Fβ score of 94 (β = 1.4), effectively predicting employee attrition. #DataAnalytics #MachineLearning #EmployeeAttrition #ClassificationModels
