🚀 Intelligent Volunteer Matching System
I built a system that matches volunteers to charity projects based on skills, interests, and availability. Simple one-to-one methods failed, so I redesigned the algorithm to form balanced teams.
1️⃣ I created dynamic skill weighting based on each project’s needs. 2️⃣ I added a group-compatibility model to ensure the right mix of abilities. 3️⃣ I used a team-based evaluation method to maximize skill coverage and scheduling fit.
The result was a scalable system that built accurate volunteer teams, adapted to real-time changes, and reduced manual work for the organization.
