Ask & Offer is a speaker series where teammates share their knowledge on specific topics they are passionate about with colleagues eager to learn.
The goal was to build a visual identity that felt quirky, colorful, and full of energy—something that would inspire more people to join in, whether as attendees or speakers. The result? A playful system centered around the ultimate symbol of wisdom: the owl.
Learning moment: To stay inspired and avoid burnout, sometimes you have to mix things up. Throughout my career, I’ve found that small projects like Ask & Offer are perfect opportunities to have fun, flex creative muscles, and learn something new—all while delivering more value than anyone expects.
