My latest Scan to BIM project focuses on capturing the existing conditions of an office building with millimeter-level accuracy to create comprehensive 3D Revit and CAD models. Using high-resolution laser scanning technology, every architectural, structural, and MEP element has been meticulously documented to ensure that the digital model mirrors the real-world structure.

The resulting as-built BIM model will serve as a powerful foundation for future renovation, design, and facility management workflows—helping the client visualize, coordinate, and execute decisions.
