DanceFlow: Multi-Tenant Studio Management SaaS
The Problem: Dance and fitness studios struggle with fragmented, legacy tools for billing, class scheduling, and student management. The Solution: I architected a full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS platform from scratch. It features complex role-based access control (RBAC), real-time class scheduling, and automated billing workflows. The system replaces 3 different legacy software solutions with one unified, modern, and lightning-fast interface, drastically reducing administrative overhead for studio owners. Welcome to Voxai, a landing page concept for a no-code AI voice agent platform.
Most B2B SaaS platforms look a bit like spreadsheets with a fresh coat of paint—cold, technical, and honestly, a little intimidating. When designing for AI, the default is usually dark mode with glowing blue nodes. The challenge here was to completely break away from that cliché and design a tech tool that doesn't feel like you're talking to a robot.
To solve this, I played with heavy contrast. Instead of a dense dashboard full of features, I used a clean split-screen layout. The left side is all business: sharp typography, social proof, and clear CTAs.
But the real UX magic happens on the right. I layered a soft, glassmorphic chat interface over a highly organic, floral background. Instead of forcing users to read long paragraphs about "natural language processing," they instantly see a warm, humanized interface transcribing a conversation in real-time. It visually communicates that this AI is natural, approachable, and easy to use. It's all about making complex enterprise tech feel simple and human!

For this challenge, I reimagined the digital experience for Page3Salon, a salon brand, with a focus on simplifying the customer booking journey.
The existing website relied on a basic contact form for appointment requests, creating unnecessary friction and delaying the booking process. For a service-driven business like a salon, this experience falls short of modern customer expectations.
Using Base44, I transformed the booking workflow into an intelligent, multi-channel experience. Customers can now schedule appointments
1. Directly through the website.
2. Interact with an AI assistant for guided booking.
3. Complete the process via WhatsApp.
This project demonstrates how @Base44 can accelerate both design and implementation, enabling businesses to deliver a modern user experience while integrating automation.

Sometimes, the biggest opportunity isn't creating something entirely new—it's recognizing the hidden potential in something that already exists.
For this challenge, I chose Locanda Boutique Hotel, a real boutique hotel in Germany. The hotel itself offers a warm, premium hospitality experience, but after exploring its online presence, I felt its website wasn't telling the same story. It worked, but it didn't inspire. It informed, but it didn't immerse. Most importantly, it missed opportunities to simplify operations and elevate the guest experience through modern automation.
So I asked myself:
What if booking a boutique hotel felt as premium as staying in one?
That question became the foundation of this project.
Rather than redesigning a few pages, I reimagined the entire digital journey—from the moment a guest discovers the hotel to long after they've checked out.

I created a modern, fully responsive hotel platform powered by Base44 that transforms the hotel's online presence into a complete guest experience.
Guests can:
• Discover and compare rooms
• Book their stay seamlessly
• Reserve airport transfers
• Schedule spa treatments
• Reserve restaurant tables
• Book local experiences and attractions
• Manage their reservations through a personalized guest dashboard
• Interact with an AI Concierge that recommends rooms, answers questions, plans itineraries, and assists with bookings
Behind the scenes, I also introduced meaningful automations that save staff time while improving the guest experience.
