🚀 I built an app that's now live on Google Play with 5,000+ downloads.

WeMeet — a flexible workspace & meeting room booking app for WeMeet Oman, located inside Mall of Oman, Muscat.

What the app does: → Users browse and book private meeting rooms & co-working spaces → Real-time availability so there's no double-booking → Clean onboarding flow for walk-ins and pre-bookings → Business category app serving professionals, students & remote workers

Built with Flutter. One codebase. Works on both Android and iOS.

The biggest challenge? Building a booking flow that feels instant , users shouldn't have to wait to see if a room is available. We solved it with real-time Firestore listeners and optimistic UI updates.

Less friction = Higher conversion. 74% of mobile users will abandon a task if the checkout/booking process takes more than 3 minutes. I designed a 3-screen Quick Booking flow for homeowners. The goal? Reduce friction, maximize retention.

The pre-booking context screen (screen 1) is smart. Showing why tasks get completed and the 'Quick Book Who' breakdown upfront addresses the trust gap before users even get to price. That structure alone probably moves the drop-off point later in the flow.
