AI Life Manager is a premium AI-powered mobile app prototype designed to help people organize every aspect of their lives in one place.
The app combines intelligent scheduling, goal tracking, personal finance, health monitoring, learning management, and secure document storage into a single seamless experience. An integrated AI assistant provides personalized insights and daily recommendations to help users stay productive and make better decisions.
I designed this prototype in Flowstep using a consistent dark design system, connected multi-screen navigation, and realistic user flows to demonstrate what a modern AI life management application could look like.

I built a custom team platform for Undrafted to bring its contributor operations into one place.
Photographers can request open assignments, manage upcoming coverage, submit their photos for editorial review, access team resources, connect with other contributors, and search for both internal opportunities and external jobs across sports media and photography.
On the administrative side, editors can manage applications, users, assignments, submissions, agreements, sponsorship leads, and team activity from one central dashboard.
What started as a tool for managing photographer assignments has grown into a complete internal ecosystem built around how Undrafted’s team actually works.
Built with Lovable, that's a great combo for spinning up internal contributor tools fast. How's the review queue workflow held up once real photographers started using it, any friction points you had to iterate on?
