Day 3 of 100: The Journey to 2026 Growth! I see this scenario play out almost every week: 1. A client invests in a stunning new website. 2. The designer makes it look premium. 3. The developer makes it lightning-fast. 4. The ads specialist turns on the traffic.
And then? Silence.
The ads are running, the money is being spent, but the dashboard shows 0 conversions. Is the website bad? Are the ads wrong? Or is the tracking just broken?
My advice to Designers & Developers: don’t forget to tell the client they need tracking. When you hand over a project, always ask: "Who is responsible for the tracking implementation?" If no one is responsible, that marketing budget isn't an investment, it's a gamble.
