I built a new system concept for CompuService using Tempo Labs
I’m proposing a simple platform where technicians can register devices, track progress, and update clients throughout the repair process. This isn't just another service tracker — it's built specifically for computer repair workflows.
Why this should exist: Most clients feel uncertain after leaving their device for repair — What’s happening? When will it be ready? This system aims to solve that by giving technicians a workspace to manage repairs, and customers a way to check their status with a unique code — transparent, fast, and stress-free.
