I am new to Contra and trying to learn the best from more experienced here
I am curious how you all handle challenging client situations, especially on hourly (non-escrow) projects. if a client disputes your hours or refuses to pay an invoice, what has your experience been with the support and mediation process?
Just trying to understand how to best protect myself on the platform. Any advice or insights would be really appreciated!
