Developed a recurring social media series for City Grows highlighting employees and their favorite plants. I created the campaign concept and format, gathered recommendations and insights from team members, and wrote each feature to capture their individual personalities while introducing customers to products available in-store. The series was designed to create authentic customer connections, showcase staff expertise, and encourage product discovery.
