AI-Powered Procurement Automation for Defence Manufacturing
Built a 24-node n8n workflow that automates the full purchase-to-pay cycle for a defence/electromechanical manufacturer. Uses Gemini AI to extract data from invoices automatically, routes approvals to leadership via Gmail webhook links, and runs on a self-hosted Oracle Cloud server with HTTPS. Eliminated manual invoice entry and cut approval turnaround time.
