Something I have been reminding myself lately:
Go back and look at your old work every now and then.
Not to judge it… but to see your own progress. It’s easy to keep pushing forward and forget how much you have actually grown. But when you scroll back through old edits or watch something you made a few years ago, you realize, “oh yeah… I have come a long way.”
It helps you stay grounded. It helps you not lose track of yourself in all the pressure to constantly improve.
So if you feel stuck or not good enough, take a little trip down your own creative history. It’s more motivating than you’d think.
