What are your thoughts on using Co-Agent intakes?
I feel like as efficient as it is to make up for the time it takes me to reply (which is around 1-2 hours), it's also off-putting by being inauthentic. Idk, I just feel like if I were reaching out to a freelancer, I wouldn't want to be talking to an AI agent. I've lost clients because of not replying earlier and also lost them using Co-Agent... welp.

I would use the intake to collect the project basics, then make the first substantive reply personal. One specific judgment about their project would show that you read it and give them a real person to respond to.

Today I was browsing a job board and noticed something I keep running into when looking for projects: "𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 '𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥' 𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥! 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯."
And I keep wondering: does a written phrase really show a designer's motivation to potential clients?
If anything, it demotivates me to respond to a listing like that. I get filled with this strange, uneasy feeling.
Is this a filter for attentiveness, or just a game of obedience? Curious what you think.
I also experience discomfort with these types of job postings. I think it’s more about obedience. They are not hiring for your professional perspective, but for your ability to follow rules
