Padelion is a booking app for a padel venue in South Jakarta. Players find an open court, pay and get a ticket in about a minute. The front desk and the owner run the whole day from one dashboard.
THE PROBLEM
Most padel venues in Jakarta still take bookings over WhatsApp. Players wait for replies and send transfer screenshots. Unpaid holds block the best slots, and the desk chases balances by hand.
THE GOAL
Book a court without a single chat. Run the venue from one screen.
THE SOLUTION, PAGE BY PAGE
Homepage
A video hero, a 3D court that builds itself piece by piece, and prices, rackets and visit info before you ask.
Booking
Pick a day, a length and a start time. Availability is live for all three courts. A taken slot offers the waitlist.
Hold and confirm
One tap holds the court for 15 minutes. Add your name and WhatsApp, then pay a deposit or in full.
Booking card
A ticket with the court, time, balance due and a check-in QR. Add it to your calendar, share it or reschedule for free.
Check-in
Scan the QR or type the booking code at the venue. You are checked in within seconds.
Venue Dashboard, Front Desk
Tonight's court timeline, who still owes before play, payments to check, rain mode and the waitlist.
Venue Dashboard, Owner
Revenue, court use, peak hours, prices and staff for the week.
WHAT RUNS ON ITS OWN
Unpaid holds release after 15 minutes and the slot goes to the next player on the waitlist. Updates go out on WhatsApp.
THE RESULT
Players book without chatting. The desk stops chasing payments. The owner sees the whole week on one screen.
Less chatting. More playing. 🎾
“Tuesday after five. Two rackets. We’ll bring our own balls.”
A simple request can leave a venue owner checking court availability, counting equipment, and confirming details through several messages.
I built Rally House for a fictional San Francisco padel club with two courts and shared rental gear, bringing those details into one connected booking.
Players describe their plan, adjust the booking choices, choose an available court, and see the total before confirming. Their player pass brings the session and pickup details together, while My sessions keeps their bookings accessible in a calendar on the same browser.
For the owner, that same reservation appears in the schedule with its equipment attached. Staff can see which court is booked, how many rackets remain available, and what to prepare before the players arrive.
The goal is simple: make booking easier for players and reduce the coordination behind every session.
An independent concept exploring what a Champions League ball could look like through Nike’s visual language.
The idea starts with a star containing a Swoosh in the negative space, then extends into a complete ball system using Nike’s existing panel construction.
Designed and animated with Spline, After Effects, and a custom 3D ball tool built for the project.
Unofficial concept. Not affiliated with Nike or UEFA.
