I built and organized a targeted B2B prospect database focused on cleaning, janitorial, and restoration service providers across the US.
I extracted, cleaned, and formatted the raw business data into a structured Excel spreadsheet, categorizing each lead by company name, specific niche service (e.g., water damage restoration, janitorial, house cleaning), verified phone contact, and domain link. This organized setup ensured the sales team could quickly segment and execute targeted outbound campaigns without dealing with messy data.
