Built something for the Shopify mess I kept hitting on client stores: someone bulk-edits products, a CSV import goes sideways, or a staff change nukes a title/price/variant - and there is no real undo.
I made Rollback Hero for that.
It sits in Admin and keeps an Activity Feed of product creates, updates, and deletes, with before/after diffs so you can see what actually changed. You can drop a checkpoint before a risky edit, then roll a later change back to that snapshot in one click. Inventory restore is opt-in and off by default, because silently rewriting stock is how you create a worse problem.
This version is products and variants only. Staff labels show as Unknown when Shopify’s product webhooks don’t include who clicked save - that is a platform limit, not a fake “full audit trail” claim.
