I built FORME as a production SaaS platform for fitness coaches — not just a dashboard or prototype.
The system brings client management, workout programming, live session tracking, progress and readiness data, messaging, booking, subscriptions, and AI-assisted coaching workflows into one product.
The interesting engineering challenge wasn’t adding more features. It was making the entire workflow behave as one system: role-based access, relational data, real-time workout execution, billing states, mobile UX, background processes, and AI recommendations with human approval.
Built across the full stack with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and production-oriented backend architecture.
