Virtual Assistant & Writer – Project Description
This project showcases my work as a Virtual Assistant and Writer, focused on helping small businesses improve organization and communication.
I supported business operations by managing emails, organizing customer inquiries, and improving response efficiency through clear and professional communication. I also created written content such as product descriptions and social media captions to help maintain a consistent brand voice.
In addition, I handled simple administrative tasks like scheduling, tracking information, and organizing digital files to improve workflow efficiency.
The goal of this work was to help the business stay organized, respond faster to customers, and maintain clear, professional communication across all platforms.
