A while ago, I worked together with Protocol Recordings to develop an artist program that will build long-term relationships. We ended up creating an artist development program that helps them create a personal brand and unique style under the label.

Research was done by interviewing artists and mapping out existing processes, competitor research, and compiling results and ideation in a Figma workspace.
