Most Shopify store owners I speak to think their conversion problem is a marketing problem. Bad ads. Wrong audience. Poor creative. So they test more creatives, hire a media buyer, try a new platform. And the conversions stay flat. Here's what I find when I actually look at the store: load time over 4 seconds on mobile. No reviews visible near the buy button. A homepage that takes 3 scrolls before you understand what the store sells. The marketing was never the issue. The store was. This is what I do. I look at Shopify stores and find the specific things inside the store that are pushing customers away. Not in theory. In the actual store, on an actual phone, the way real customers experience it.
