I wanted to share the gift/benefits of inversion with the calisthenics community for those that inspired to learn the practice themselves. I always wondered how often one needed to practice to unlock a one-arm handstand. Following many unique Cirque du Soleil performers on social media that acquired the skill, I asked myself many questions.
How long did they have did they have to be inverted to obtain such skill?
How often did they practice?
To many it looks to be just about appearance, but that couldn't be further from the truth
