I designed and built FlowCraft Freelancer OS, an all-in-one Notion business system for freelancers and solopreneurs.
It brings leads, clients, projects, tasks, payments, and follow-ups into one connected workspace, helping freelancers manage their entire workflow without jumping between multiple tools.
I created connected databases, custom dashboards, workflow views, reusable templates, payment tracking, deadline management, and follow-up systems.
Workflow: Lead → Client → Project → Tasks → Payment → Completed
The goal was to turn a scattered freelance workflow into a simple, organized system that is easy to use every day.
