Introduction
Reflections on Rarotonga is a sister property to Rumours Luxury Villas in Muri Lagoon. This intimate, wellness-focused retreat offers the same exceptional luxury and privacy that defines the Rumours experience.
The Challenge
The resort needed a digital presence that matched their luxury positioning and the quality of their sister property. An outdated website that didn't capture the luxury experience, slow mobile load times affecting guest experience, and a need for consistency with Rumours brand standards.
The Solution
I built a modern website that matches the quality and aesthetic of their sister property Rumours: a custom Node.js build with fast load times, a mobile-first design capturing the luxury resort aesthetic, SEO targeting high-intent travel keywords, and branding consistent with Rumours Luxury Villas.
The Result
The new website delivers a cohesive luxury experience that aligns perfectly with the Rumours brand while highlighting Reflections' unique wellness-focused offerings.
