I built a centralized Notion project management system with a master project tracker, department views, blocked-task tracking, a due-date calendar, and sprint coordination, integrating ClickUp task IDs for accountability.
The system improved deadline visibility, task ownership, cross-team coordination, and proactive follow-up, giving leadership a centralized operational view of project progress and priorities.

Overview & Story:
Most watch restoration platforms alienate customers with esoteric technical jargon and static forms. AÉVRA was created to preserve timepieces for what they mean, not just what they cost—combining editorial Swiss atelier aesthetics, real-time 3D motion, and AI-driven intake.
The Problem:
Customers with heirlooms or vintage pieces don't know reference numbers or movement calibres.
Atelier watchmakers spend hours manually triaging vague emails before diagnosing a single watch.
The Solution & Key Features:
Natural Language Horological Intake: Clients describe their watch issue in plain English (e.g., "losing time and scratched crystal"). The system automatically maps symptoms to mechanical calibres, delivering immediate clarity on services, timeline, and preliminary cost estimates.
Cinematic 3D Photographic Scroller: A high-fidelity scroll journey that physically disassembles and reassembles the movement's case, bezel, balance wheel, and gear train at 60fps.
The Conservator’s Owner Cockpit: A private, real-time management dashboard allowing atelier owners to view incoming requests, evaluate AI diagnostic breakdowns, and accept or decline repair commissions with instant, seamless switching between client and owner views.

Built a complete website + automation workflow designed to turn business data into a streamlined outreach system.
The process starts with lead generation and data collection, then analyzes each business to identify opportunities for a better online presence. From there, the system organizes the leads, prepares personalized outreach, and sends my portfolio directly to potential clients.
The dashboard keeps everything in one place — leads, website analysis, outreach, follow-ups, campaign progress, and results.
The goal was simple: reduce repetitive work, automate the workflow, and make client outreach faster and more organized.

Introducing Taskflow — a smarter way to stay on top of work. 🟣
Managing multiple tasks across a business can quickly become overwhelming. From design and development to marketing, research, project management, and operations, teams often deal with scattered tasks, unclear priorities, missed deadlines, and difficulty knowing what has actually been completed.
That’s the problem I wanted to solve with Taskflow.
I designed Taskflow as a centralized task-management dashboard where users can organize projects, track tasks, monitor progress, manage schedules, and understand their productivity at a glance.

The challenge was creating a dashboard that could show a lot of information without making the user feel overwhelmed.
So I focused on:

📊 At-a-glance progress and productivity statistics
🗓️ Calendar and schedule visibility
📁 Project-based task management
⏱️ Time tracking and task completion
🔎 A simple navigation structure for quick access
The goal was simple: turn scattered work into a clear, manageable workflow.
Taskflow is a concept, but the design approach is rooted in a real product-design question: How can we help people spend less time managing their work and more time actually doing it?
