Nudge is an AI powered workspace collaboration platform and Founder's OS designed for software teams and product owners to manage the entire lifecycle from idea to market.
It unifies real time team communication, task management, live video calling, and GitHub telemetry with an autonomous AI engine that proactively detects project bottlenecks and keeps teams shipping on schedule.
Key Technical Highlights:
Frontend & UX: Built a real-time multi tenant workspace using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
AI Engine: Developed an autonomous background agent system using Python (FastAPI) and LangChain for real-time task stall detection and predictive nudges.
Real-Time Infrastructure: Integrated Supabase Realtime for instant messaging/presence and LiveKit for embedded WebRTC video conferencing.
Integrations & Cross-Platform: Implemented deep GitHub API integration for commit/PR tracking, VAPID Web Push notifications, PWA installability
Then: 1 month, 1 template.
Now: 1 week, 15 templates.
Same designer, different workflow.
I wrote up how I built no-code.supply: fifteen website templates, each with its own brand, in HTML and React, and some in Framer too. Claude Code did most of the typing. I did the directing.
Testing my app! 🧰🚀 Everything is finally coming along.
I’ve been working on this project for a little over two weeks. Initially it was just me working with one AI agent, but I was still manually coding most of it, so I was moving like a turtle 🐢very slow.
Then I decided to implement Codex into my project to automate more of the development and it has been amazing. Now I can focus more on prompting, testing, reviewing the code and making the technical decisions instead of manually coding everything.
I also created my own AGENTS.md bible with all my project rules and instructions to make sure Codex follows them as the final authority when working on my code.
The idea is simple: create one useful and intuitive ecosystem of tools that Shopify merchants can add to their stores to help customers make purchasing decisions faster and with more confidence.
Still testing, building and adding more tools. Let’s see where this goes! 🚀
And if anyone finds the idea interesting. I’m definitely open to collaborations, ideas or partnerships. Feel free to reach out!
