Build-in-public: this week I stopped selling AI automation as a project and started selling it as a weekly operating rhythm. One agency client now gets a fixed weekly check, pipeline cleaned, follow-ups chased, broken automations fixed, before anything new gets built. The shift is small but the result is not, retention went up because the client stopped worrying about what breaks between calls. Lesson I keep re-learning: clients do not buy a build, they buy the feeling that someone competent is watching their operations every single week.
